As a member of the Venezuelan American Chamber, you will have access to exclusive discounts and promotional opportunities – while being kept updated on the latest business trends and information through our e-mail distribution of newsletters, calendar of events, our renovated Website and our printed publications. Also, our business meetings and biz-after hour’s reunions allow our members to keep abreast of current affairs and meet fellow businessmen and entrepreneurs.
Our Chamber is a member of ABICC, the Association of bi-national chambers of commerce in Florida, with more than 47 members, and CAMACOL, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Miami. We cooperate with these organizations and their flagship events such as the Hemispheric Conference and the World Business Month, as well as with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the Office of the Mayor of Miami-Dade County and with Enterprise Florida, who are among the leading associations in our area. We also have relationships with other trade associations in Venezuela as well.
We maintain a good working relationship with the Venezuelan Consulate in Miami and with the Venezuelan Business Club, which co-sponsor with us many events and business meetings such as the Florida Free Trade Association trade missions to the U.S.
In our efforts to promote trade and commerce between the United States and Venezuela, we sponsor many cultural and information events for our members and public at large, with many business breakfasts and luncheons. We collaborate with the Center for Hemispheric Policy of the University of Miami, co-sponsoring many of their conferences.
We also hold our annual Golf Tournament at the Biltmore Golf Course to assist local charities with their fund raising activities, like the Olympus Foundation or the After School All Stars of South Florida.
